- An unboxing video is required to process returns and refunds.

- Approval: Return requests sent within the stipulated timeframe will be honored, even if not immediately acknowledged.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo an inspection.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 2 working days post-inspection.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued via IMPS/UPI for prompt transactions.

2. Lifetime Refund & Exchange Value
We recognize the enduring value of real pearls and offer:
- 70% Store Credit: Applicable anytime for real pearl products.
- 50% Cash Value: Available upon request for real pearl items.

- Original bill/invoice is mandatory.
- Unboxing video is required.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items/services are excluded from our return and refund policy:
- Products that are completely damaged.
- Items not purchased directly from Sri Bansilal Pearls.
- Products without accompanying documentation.
